Our process is simple, practical and useful and meets all the qualities that are essentials in designing an outstanding website.
During your design process, you will be assigned a project manager to plan and plot a course for your team, a graphic designer to create captivating visual graphics for your site and a web developer to code and create the website.

Phase I: Free Consultation
This is the initial phone consultation regarding your web project needs. The information your provide us serves as an outline to better serve your project requirements.
Offering as much information related to your web site during the initial consultation will help us provide you with an accurate quote and create a strong foundation to be used during the development phases of your website.
Phase II: Planning
The planning stage is arguably the most important, because what’s decided and mapped here sets the stage for the entire project.
Here we develop a site map which is a list of all main topic areas of the site, as well any sub-topics you may add.

In the planning stage we also decide what technologies we will use – flash programming, content management system, interactive forms, e-commerce etc.
Phase III: Design
The design of your website’s look and feel begins.
In this phase we work together exchanging ideas to help us determine the best design style for your site. We then design a mock up and send it to you for review.
Reviewing your mock up allows you to express your likes and dislikes on the site design. This ensures that the final web site will match your needs and taste.
Phase IV: Development
The development stage is where the site is created. We take all of the elements from the mock up and use them to create a functional web site. We also add your content and distribute it in the appropriate areas throughout the site.
Any suggestion, additional changes or corrections you have are also done in this stage.
Phase V: Testing
This is where we finalize the details and test your web site.
Complete functionality of forms or other scripts and web browser compatibility is tested. This is done to ensure that your site can be viewed properly without any issues in the most recent browser versions.
Once testing is complete, we ask you to review your website for your final approval.
Phase VI: Delivery
Once you have given us a final approval, we upload the files to your server.
Here we test again to make sure that all files have been uploaded correctly and that the site continues to be fully functional while live.
Your site is now viewable to the public and you are officially launched!
